Baby Boy’s Nursery
I have been working on baby boy’s nursery design for quite some time now — maybe months! It all started with a mood board I made on Pinterest. Then I decided to make a mock up of some of the items that we already had on hand and planned to use for baby on Canva. That helped me know how the things we had would jive with the things on my wish list. Now, the design is done and I couldn’t be more happy with it. It might be my favorite room I’ve designed!
Here were the two mockup/idea boards I created on Canvas!
The inspiration was camp/Wes Anderson/adventure/British dogs — how’s that for a random combo! 🙂
But seriously, I’m so happy with how it turned how. I’ve linked some of our finds below, or you can find them (nearly) all in one place!
You can also see my very practical postpartum set up. I plan to sleep in the nursery for a week or two while we’re waking every 2-3 hours for feedings before moving back to my bed and using the monitor to wake. I have a very comfy day bed and a reading pillow which will make nursing and pumping just a bit more comfortable!
Here’s how his room turned out!
