Greek Tahini Chicken and Feta Orzo Bowls
This one is on our to-make list! Our girls love tomatoes, and it will be perfect for when our Sweet 100 tomato plants start producing. It looks so herby, and I can’t wait!
30 Minute Herby Lemon Garlic Steak And Rice
This is on our menu this week! I have a freezer full of steaks, thanks to W2 Beef Co, and have been on the hunt for a good flank steak recipe. Beef doesn’t always sound great to me in the summer, but this one on the grill gets me excited!
Pappardelle Pasta with Corn & Basil Cream Sauce
We have actually already made this! I subbed out the ricotta for cottage cheese to give it a little protein kick, and it was delicious!!
Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
I love bang bang shrimp! But we don’t do a lot of sea food in our house (I get nervous about Elliot’s allergies), so this will be a good alternative! Plus, my girls think it is so fun to eat “chicken on a stick” 🙂
